Panda Tic Tac Toe is a mobile game application available for iOS and Android devices. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Be Nice
Please don't:
- Try to break the game
- Cheat or hack
- Do anything bad
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Use the app for any illegal purposes
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
3. Buying Things
If you buy something in the game:
- Ask a parent first!
- Purchases can't be returned
- Prices might change
All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Our Stuff
We made this game and all the pictures and sounds in it. Please don't copy them.
The app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks or logos without permission
5. Ads
The app does not currently show ads from other companies. If ads are added in the future, we will update these terms accordingly.

We try our best to make the game fun and work well, but sometimes things might not be perfect.
